Outpost24 is currently in a phase of rapid growth and international expansion. We are looking for additional Product Experts to join our multinational team based at our headquarters in Karlskrona, Sweden.

As a Product Expert, you are part of our Customer Service team. In this role you serve our global customer base with technical support related to our leading IT security solutions. You will also assist in sales situations, remotely or onsite with the customer, as a technical expert, and we expect you to continuously identify and suggest product related improvements.

The Role:

  • Provide quality technical support with a high degree of customer service and technical expertise
  • Research, resolve, and respond to customer questions received via telephone and e-mail
  • Involvement in pre and post sales activities, e.g. proof-of-concept and deployment projects, as a technical expert
  • Perform product testing as required

Your Profile:

  • Previous customer service/support experience
  • Broad knowledge of IT security
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Great customer service skills
  • Willing to be on-call for technical support outside of business hours
