Channel Sales Manager

Outpost24 is currently in a phase of rapid growth and international expansion. We are looking for additional Channel Sales Managers to join our multinational team based at our headquarters in Karlskrona, Sweden.

A Channel Sales Manager is responsible for managing existing partners and recruiting new partners to grow the Outpost24 business within an assigned region. Each region covers a number of countries. Being a Channel Sales Manager is a key position within the company where drive, ambition and creativity will make a big impact on the success.

The Role:

  • Manage, develop, and implement activities to maximize sales in the region
  • Support, develop and motivate preexisting partners
  • Propose and execute effective sales programs
  • Represent Outpost24 at sales events
  • Evaluate, negotiate and recruit new partners.

Your Profile:

  • At least three years B2B sales and sales channel experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel frequently
